Dawn Coupe
CEO
Thank you for taking the time to visit our page, I have worked hard to get the company to this point, and I appreciate your interest in our team.
I have worked in many different departments within businesses and charities and found my way to becoming an Part Qualified Accountant looking after around 30 different companies. Whilst working for this company they began the implementation of Agresso (as it was then) and I became part of the project team due to my never-ending list of “and don’t forget ……”.
From there I stayed within the system development project world working in the USA and France, until becoming a System Manager within a charity and then within a company before going it alone as a contractor. I then decided to expand the business by offering a consultancy service and I now find myself within this amazing company and staff.
In my spare time I assist my husband in running a small farm, farming sheep, and we enjoy five horses, two dogs and a cat as company. I am also a Qualified Equine Sports Therapist, and enjoy learning about horses and there inherent gift to make you realise that you are acting like a swan! They have helped me become grounded and focused on what is really important in this life.
Jessica Maritz
Head of Operations
I’m Jessica, and I joined Equinox in 2021 and was new to the IT world. I, however, have 16 years’ experience with the management and consulting arena of business, so I have brought a new set of eyes and ideas on ways in which the direction of the business can go.
As the Head of Operations, my role focuses on leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Currently, I am studying for the Business Management BSc Honour’s degree, for which I only have 3 modules left before I complete it, along with getting my CMI Level 5 Leadership and Management certificate.
All of this means that I am an expert at managing time and projects, given that I have a 3-year-old to keep me in check too!
